Speaking of Detroit....look on realtor.com. Some lots within the city limits are going for less than $1,000!!! Okay, so it's Detroit, but Chicago is just in the periphery!

chicago has a diverse job market and is headquartes to many large companies. chi-town will not be detroit anytime soon.
