Tax Assessment Increase Map
It seems that Chicago and Cook County are raising taxes. Above is a map of the City and where increases are taking place. Interesting enough the highest increases are in the Washington Park area. WP is a run down ghetto, littered with gang bangers, drug dealers, and vacant, garbage filled lots. And it is also the projected site for Chicago's 2016 Olympic bid!
The Olympic Games will help revitalize Washington Park ...
Typical methodology. Crank up the taxes to force the poor out. Build up. I wonder which pol's nephews bought up all those lots........

the poor and dangerous in chicago are used as guard dogs. their purpose is to keep property cheap and undesireable in an area until the elite decide its time to develop it. then the city raises taxes, fixes infastructure, increases police presence and begins vigorously enforcing the building code. much of the housing stock in these areas is in verry bad condition and easily condemable. if you are connected you are informed of this decision in advance of telltale action and buy up the most desireable parcels.
